“Our Cruiseship cancelled the port in Alayna so we were unable to dock and visit the spa. We've requested an exception to the cancellation policy from the spa and Viator. We were told to wait 48 hours and still no response. The thing is, we booked the night prior and so we would have been a pop up spa appointment. The Spa never CONFIRMED or acknowledged our appointment and our cancellation. A refund should be granted for weather out of our control. I guess the other reviews are correct, they are only out for tourist money and not the experience.”
