They even have the fishes that eat dead skin from your feet lol that was a bit ticklish and scary. Massage was great and all by all you just get treated like royalty there. Everyone is trained to perfection, kind and know what’s going on. What you pay on here is for the basic package but I strongly recommend you to upgrade. “Would not recommend or visit again!! Don’t fall for the photograph SCAM. We agreed to buy 2 pictures then the photographer lied and tried to force us to buy 3. Despite signs stating card payment is available they do not accept card. Constantly trying to add on extra massages. The female Hammam worker was rude and did not do a good job. When we did not buy photographs we were made to wait an extra 30 minutes in the rain for a return transfer whilst the driver sat smoking. Also the towels provided were not clean and smelled musky.”

“Our Cruiseship cancelled the port in Alayna so we were unable to dock and visit the spa. We've requested an exception to the cancellation policy from the spa and Viator. We were told to wait 48 hours and still no response. The thing is, we booked the night prior and so we would have been a pop up spa appointment. The Spa never CONFIRMED or acknowledged our appointment and our cancellation. A refund should be granted for weather out of our control. I guess the other reviews are correct, they are only out for tourist money and not the experience.”
