They contacted us before the tour via WhatsApp chat to confirm pick up location, and we were able to negotiate to meet at the boat, for which they provided a Google Maps location (if you do this, it really is down the dirt track - but it’s fine to drive). The only significant negative was that they told us to meet at 9:30, but…”
