“Our guide Dilek was very cheerful and made the tour a lot of fun. The site itself, Pamukkale, was also very attractive and the lunch was well worth it. However, the communication regarding the pick-up time for the tour was very late and we were concerned that the tour would actually go ahead. It was after 21:00 the day before when we were finally informed of the time. I think this should be improved.”

“The worst experience! Started tour at 5am and ended at 10pm. This tour was mostly in bus ride majority of the time!! Many unnecessary stops and I was not informed that there would be extra costs such as entrance fees and to swim you had to pay fees! I purchased the tour through Viator in canada not knowing that this tour was longer than 15hrs. The main attraction was the Pamakkule thermal pools and we arrived around 1pm and had to be back on bus by 330pm. We toured mostly on bus ride for the rest of the duration. The thermal pools dont look anything like the l pictures on…”

We were asked to wait outside the main gate, which we did for about 45 minutes. 45 minutes later,the hotel told us that someone came and left from main door. We had to creats a fuss to be taken back on trip as it wasn’t our fault at all. They were not even picking up phone when we tried to ring them.”
