“Ok place but not the most welcoming. From when you arrive you are directed where to go in a brusque manner, no smiles or welcome given. It felt like we were in a conveyor belt. A drink on arrival would have been nice. While getting the brief Turkish bath done a lady came into us and firmly said “extra scrub 20€each”. They have perfected the art of throwing extra costs at you when you are most vulnerable. After the bath which was very short and rushed we went up for the massage which is excellent. When it was over a lady again comes in and said you need medical treatment…”

“I think I was just unlucky because the reviews were good when I booked. The steam and sauna rooms were cold as they had only just been turned on so we were herded backwards and forwards waiting for them to heat up which they didn’t. The lady who did me seemed a little less thorough and faster than the others as I finished rather quickly everytime. The massage was nothing to write home about just massaging the oil in a little really. I have had so much better. I wish I had got her name but apologies I didn’t but I don’t want to put people off as I did…”

“The Hamam itself was amazing. I really would have loved to give this a 5 Star rating; HOWEVER, the transportation service planning was terrible. I confirmed a time and location the night before. in the morning, I was told that I would need to go to a different location, and that I would need to meet an hour later than the original planned time. I went to the new location at the new time, and I still had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come and pick me up. I would absolutely return to this location, but I would take a taxi next time”
