He spoke fluent English, very friendly and very helpful. The rental process was smooth. Although it was costly. I took the deluxe package, which include a 1 hour basic ski lesson, ski rental and lunch. The ski lesson was also rather helpful for a beginner like myself. The slopes are fun and not very difficult.
