“Gülşah was a fantastic host and instructor. My wife and I enjoy cooking classes when we travel, so we have several points of comparison. I really liked Gülşah your of the neighborhood and visit to local shops (tip: get little gifts there —> transparent and fair pricing). Dinner itself was a multi-course meal of lentil soup, salad, a northern Turkish fish recipe, and a dessert. We appreciate the hospitality, instruction, and ultimately the food!”

The food was absolutely delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed Ozge’s company, learning more about her and Turkish culture. We were so well looked after and we were obsessed with Penny and Theo (our furry sous chefs!) We couldn’t recommend this experience more.”

“The cooking class was really, really fun! The chef, a woman named Gül, was an experienced cook with 35 years of kitchen experience. Although she didn't speak English, there was a translator present, which was a great match for us. We had a fantastic time. The cooking class itself was held at a unique location a cozy office setting. The class ran smoothly like a well-oiled machine, and the food we prepared was absolutely delicious. We got to enjoy the fruits of our labor, and there was plenty to go around. I highly recommend this class, especially at the start of your vacation, to get a taste of Turkish cuisine…”
